1) Brantridge University in Hawaii
Watchtower and Noticiasdot does not have to remove their stories. Watchtower and Noticiasdot can email the Hawaii State government to verify if this university has ever been recognised in the State of Hawaii.

If Brantridge University was not, is not and will not be recognised in its home state --- then this university will not be recognised anywhere in the world.
2) The Library of Congress in Washington DC is the depository of all American doctoral thesis ever written since the 1930's.

Universities around the world purchase subscriptions to a microfilm service that scan all doctoral thesis into microfilms.

If your local university librarian cannot locate Cortell's doctoral thesis in the library system, then this doctoral thesis does not exist.
3) Jorge Cortell enrolled in several introductory undergraduate courses from Harvard University Extension School in January 2005. The computer scan of his registration clearly shows that the courses are first year "undergraduate" courses (under the column "credit", it stated "UN" for undergraduate).

The law course (Internet and Society: Technologies and Politics of Control) is an introductory undergraduate course for non-lawyers.

4) Harvard University Extension School is a part of Harvard University that gives mature students a chance to take introductory undergraduate courses so that they can transfer those undergraduate credits to a real university program. Other universities may not recognise the Extension School credits for their own undergraduate programs.

Harvard University Extension School does give out degrees, but they are "Associate in Arts" (AA)and "Bachelor of Liberal Arts" (BLA). But these degrees are under the Extension School's name and they are not the normal "bachelors" degree like "Bachelor of Arts" and "Bachelor of Science".
4) Since Jorge Cortell scanned an email from a Harvard law school professor, John Palfrey, you can email this professor for verifications that Cortell is taking an undergraduate introductory course for non-lawyers.

5) Cortell noted in his CV's and in his blogs that the Harvard courses are "post graduate" courses.

You can contact Harvard University Extension School to verify that he is taking undergraduate courses and that there may be concerns that they should investigate. Many newspaper reporters ask universities to verify whether someone is registered, studied or graduated from their institutions.

7) You should also contact Oxford University to verify whether "Lógica Booleana y Herramientas de Investigación en Internet" is a "post graduate" course and whether he has graduated from the undergraduate diploma (non-degree program).

8) Verify with the other Spanish Universities as well.

This is why I said "to verify if this university has ever been recognised in the State of Hawaii" and "if Brantridge University was not, is not and will not be recognised in its home state --- then this university will not be recognised anywhere in the world".
It DOES NOT matter whether the university was closed right now --- if the State of Hawaii NEVER recognised this university in the first place.
